Aye we are Donna. Actually you'll be relieved to see the superb and I mean superb picture of me in pink has been deleted. You don't need to look at my shoulder muscles again and feel sad. We understand. Sorry Fit-Ness didn't work out Vicky. We'll be there in January. and I'll still go the wrong way in any dance class!

Look dearest Donna clearly the pictures of me can only inspire EVERYONE to do better. Easily. I look so ridiculous and at least it gives you all a laugh! Frankly hats off to the folk at Ardesier who seem to manage to thrive at their class, even if they seem to finish off our Vicky regularly!
